Llevo creo unos tres años comprando este pienso y NUNCA he tenido ningún problema y cuando lo ha habido que ha sido una vez llamé hablé con ellos y buscaron la solución.
Está última vez como no estuve en casa me dejaron el paquete en el n punto de entrega y todo super bien

El producto genial como siempre, el problema es que pedí con tiempo para que llegase y llegó 4 días después de lo previsto. Me he mudado de comunidad y tuve que hacer el pedido de nuevo y me tienen que mandar el producto anterior, así que tuve que gastar el doble de lo previsto y no me vino muy bien. Pero, he de decir, que el último pedido que hice me llegó correctamente y eso que donde vivo ahora es de más difícil acceso.

Lamentamos que HAPPY DOG NaturCroq Cordero y Arroz no haya cumplido tus expectativas.

Nos gustaría comentarte que el aspecto, el olor y el nivel de grasa visible de este alimento pueden diferir de otros piensos, ya que su formulación y proceso de elaboración están orientados a ofrecer una alimentación equilibrada sin necesidad de potenciar artificialmente estas características.

Tengo un golden y es super delicado en temas de alimentación y alergias varias. Desde que probé el pienso esta con mas vitalidad, el pelaje lo tiene brillante y no se le cae tanto. La verdad que tanto el producto como atención al cliente para cualquier duda, aclaración o incidencia de 10. Recomendado. La marca tiene mucha variedad de piensos que se adaptan a las necesidades de mis mascotas

Se agradece el detalle! Yo añadí la variedad Sport para probarla con mi perro (en 3 ocasiones), pero en ninguna ha llegado el que he pedido... Las muestras recibidas no sirven para mi perro, al recibir de junior o senior. Se lo damos igualmente, y se agradece el regalo, pero me gustaría probar lo que le puede ir bien.
