Widgets are not showing or widget setting changes are not applied on my website

If you already have reviews in Revi but the widgets, stars, or a recent widget setting change are not visible on your website, first check whether the change may still be cached. When you change widget options, for example whether the floating widget should hide or remain visible while scrolling, some changes can take several hours to appear. This is due to widget caching and performance. Before opening a ticket, try this: Open the website in an incognito or private window. Clear your browser cache and reload the page. If you use CMS cache, a cache plugin, or a CDN, purge that cache too. Wait a few hours if the change was made recently. If the floating widget was configured to hide on scroll and you have just disabled that option, your browser may still show the previous version for a while. Incognito mode or clearing cache usually helps confirm earlier whether the change has already been applied. If after waiting and clearing cache the widget still does not behave as expected, also check: That the widget is active in Widgets. That you are editing the correct widget, general or product. That the module, plugin, or inserted code uses the correct store API key. That your CMS is inserting the widget on the correct page. If the issue continues, open a support ticket with the exact URL, affected widget, setting you changed, when you changed it, your CMS, and whether you tested in incognito or cleared cache.
