How do I resolve the PrestaShop Addons URL error when updating the module?

How do I resolve the PrestaShop Addons URL error when updating the module?

The message Your store's URL doesn't match the one provided when the module was purchased is generated by PrestaShop Addons while validating the module, usually through ps_mbo. It is not a Revi licence tied to your store URL.

Before changing files or reinstalling:

  1. Check the main shop URL in PrestaShop, including https, www and any recent domain change.
  2. Check that PrestaShop Marketplace or Addons is connected to the account used to obtain the module and that ps_mbo is up to date.
  3. If the Revi module is installed but disabled, enable it and open Configure.
  4. In the Revi configuration, check the API key, the last connection and the cron or synchronization task.

Do not uninstall the module only to resolve this message. Uninstalling may remove local settings, keys or module data.

If the URL warning still prevents PrestaShop from updating, contact PrestaShop Addons support and include the main URL, Marketplace account and a screenshot of the error. If the module can be enabled but Revi does not connect or synchronize, open a Revi ticket with the URL, PrestaShop version, module version, last connection status and the exact error screenshot.
