What to check if the module does not sync orders or products
What to check if the module does not sync orders or products
If the module or plugin does not sync orders or products, the first step is to check the connection between your store and Revi.
If your store is Shopify and you have just installed Revi for the first time, wait up to 24 hours for the first synchronization to complete. If after that period the data does not appear or it still does not sync, open a support ticket so we can review it.
For PrestaShop, WooCommerce/WordPress, or other modules installed on the store server, check these points:
- Go to Revi in Connected stores.
- Open the affected store.
- Check that the store appears connected.
- Copy the API key shown on the store page.
- Open the Revi module/plugin inside your CMS.
- Check that the module/plugin is installed, active, and using the same API key.
- Check that the cron or scheduled task is active if your CMS needs it.
If orders or products still do not sync after these checks, create a ticket with the affected store, CMS, module version, and one order or product example.
