How do I record an invitation exclusion?
Record one individual exclusion
Go to Emails > Exclusions, open Invitation exclusions, and select Record invitation exclusion. Enter the exact address and confirm the recipient's request. It only affects future invitations and reminders not yet originated. Later reconsent is Support-only with dated evidence. Voluntary reviews and legal or security channels remain available.
