Review invitation exclusions: what they are and when they apply
What is an invitation exclusion?
It stops Revi from originating future invitations and reminders for one exact address. It cannot recall messages already originated or sent.
When may it be recorded?
Only when the recipient expressly asks not to receive further invitations or reminders. It must not be used because of a complaint, return, dispute, or expected negative review.
Which channels remain available?
It does not prevent a voluntary request to review after the applicable checks, or restrict reporting, disputes, incidents, legal, or security channels.
What if the recipient later authorises invitations?
Do not reactivate the address yourself. Open an authenticated Support ticket with dated evidence; Support will verify the sequence and record the decision.
