My review invitations are not being sent – Emails
Reasons for non-delivery
If some of your orders do not receive the invitation email to review, it may be due to several reasons:
🔹 You have exhausted the number of emails in your subscription: If you have reached the limit of contracted emails, new invitations will not be sent until the next renewal or until you purchase an additional Email Bonus.
🔹 The order status does not match the one set in your panel: Revi only sends invitations to orders that have reached the status configured in your system (for example, "Shipped" or "Completed"). Check in Panel > Orders if the orders in question have reached the correct status.
🔹 The customer's email is on the Blacklist: If the email address has been added to the Blacklist, they will not receive invitations to review. You can review and manage the list from Settings > Blacklist.
🔹 The order is too old: Revi only sends invitations to orders made within the last 30 days. If an order is outside this range, you can manually recover it from your panel.
If after reviewing these points you still have questions, contact our Support team and we will help you resolve it. 😊
Order Status Configuration
Revi needs to know when to start counting the days before sending the review invitation to the customer. This is managed through the Valid Order Status setting within the Revi module in your CMS.
✅ How to configure it:
-
Go to the Revi module installed in your store (e.g., in PrestaShop or WooCommerce).
-
Find the option called Valid Order Status.
-
Select the order status that you consider as “completed” or “valid” (e.g., Shipped, Delivered, Completed, etc.).
From that status onward, Revi will begin counting the configured number of days before sending the invitation.
📌 Example:
If you select the status “Shipped” and have set a 7-day delay, Revi will send the review invitation 7 days after the order reaches that status.
