What to check if invitation emails are not being sent

What to check if invitation emails are not being sent

If invitation emails are not being sent, first check whether the order has arrived in Revi and whether it is validated.

  1. Go to Orders.
  2. Check that the order appears in Revi.
  3. Review the Synchronization Date to confirm that the module/plugin and cron are importing orders.
  4. Check the order status. If it appears as Pending validation, the invitation cannot be sent yet.
  5. Also check the real order status in your CMS. A manual sync updates data, but it does not make the order valid if the store still has it in a status that is not marked as valid.
  6. In WooCommerce/WordPress, open the Revi plugin and check the Valid Order Status. If the configured valid status is Completed, the order must be Completed in WooCommerce.
  7. Change the order to the valid status in your store and sync again, or wait for the next synchronization.
  8. When the received status matches a status marked as valid, Revi will move the order to Validated order and will be able to schedule the invitation according to your settings.
  9. Review the delay after validation in Email settings.

The validated status is configured in the module/plugin of your CMS. It tells Revi that an order should count as valid before an invitation can be sent. If the correct status is not selected, orders can enter Revi but remain as Pending validation and not generate emails.

If everything looks correct and the email is still not sent, create a support ticket with the affected store, an example order number, the status shown in Revi, the real order status in your CMS, and a screenshot of the module/plugin configuration.
