If you want to know whether Revi notifies you when a review arrives, first check the notification settings for your user and store. Notifications can depend on the user, the selected store, and the review type.
- Log in to Revi with the user that should receive the notification.
- Check that this user has access to the correct store.
- Review the notification settings for the user or account.
- Test with a real review or a manual invitation linked to an order, not only with a preview.
A manually sent review may not be published immediately if it needs validation or processing. If it does not appear or the notification does not arrive, create a ticket with the store, the email address of the user who should receive the notification, the review or order identifier, and the approximate time of the test.
