Why invitations are not sent or I do not receive new feedback

Why invitations are not sent or I do not receive new feedback

The absence of new reviews since a certain date does not necessarily mean that the reviews are blocked. First, distinguish whether Revi is not receiving orders, if it is not scheduling invitations, if the emails are not being sent, or if the customers are receiving them but have not yet reviewed.

  1. In Orders, check that recent orders appear and review their status.
  2. If they are pending validation, confirm in the module which order statuses are considered valid and perform a manual synchronization.
  3. If they are validated, check the configured waiting time before sending.
  4. Check the available quota and the status of each invitation. If the quota has been exhausted, renewing or purchasing a voucher does not automatically reschedule the orders: recovery must be initiated manually from Orders > Recover and requires Pro or higher.
  5. Check if the order was canceled, is outside the allowed period, or the recipient requested not to receive more invitations.
  6. Check in sent emails if the invitation was sent, bounced, or delivered. A delivered invitation does not guarantee that the customer will post a review.

In PrestaShop and WooCommerce, the module communicates to Revi the orders that reach a status configured as valid. In Shopify, completed orders are validated through the integration. The shipping period starts when Revi receives the valid status, not necessarily on the day of purchase.

The lack of a validated sender does not alone stop the invitations: if there is no valid domain and sender, Revi sends with a sender from revi.services. You can pause the automatic invitations while you correct the settings.

Open a ticket if several recent orders do not appear, remain in an incorrect status after synchronizing, are listed as scheduled but not sent, or a general change is observed since a specific date. Include the store, CMS, the date from which it occurs, two or three example orders, and screenshots of Orders and Sent Emails.
