Why is a review not visible or not linked to a product?
Why is a review not visible or not linked to a product?
If a review exists in Revi but does not appear where expected, first determine whether the issue is its publication, its product association or the website widget.
The Temporarily disabled label is a legacy status and should no longer appear. It was used during a transitional period when some negative reviews were held for moderation. The current system does not hold or hide a review because it is negative. If you still see this label, treat it as an incident and open a ticket; there is no normal customer action to reactivate it.
Check the following:
- Confirm whether it is a store review or a product review.
- Check the status currently shown in the panel. Publication pending review may indicate a technical, legal or eligibility check and does not depend on the rating.
- For a product review, confirm that the product appears under My products.
- Check that the module or plugin synchronizes products and that the cron runs correctly.
- Confirm that the order and product use the same external identifier. The exact identifier depends on the CMS and integration.
- If the review is active and linked, check the widget settings, the option to show products without reviews, cache, template and possible JavaScript errors.
Opening a dispute does not hide the review. A material removal requires a reasoned human decision through the applicable procedure.
Open a ticket if Temporarily disabled appears, a review remains pending without explanation, the product does not synchronize or the association still fails. Include the shop, a status screenshot, affected product, external identifier used by the CMS, public URL and module or plugin version.
