Can I delete a review or request a review check?

Can I delete a review or request a review check?

Can a business delete a legitimate review?

No. A business cannot delete a legitimate review because it disagrees with it, cancels its subscription, closes its account, stops paying, or puts pressure on Revi. This separation protects platform transparency and consumer trust.

You can ask Revi to review a specific review when there is a real basis: false or fraudulent content, personal data, spam, serious insults, illegal content, or a breach of our terms.

The review is always about specific content. A business cancellation, app closure, or Hub user deletion does not automatically remove reviews, questions, or historical reputation.

How to request a check of a specific review

If a specific review may breach Revi policies, open a ticket with Revi support and include the affected review, the exact reason, and any available evidence. Do not request the removal of an entire profile: the check must relate to specific content.

  • It may be reviewed when there is fraud, impersonation, spam, personal data, serious insults, illegal content, or a clear breach of the terms.
  • It is not removed because it is negative, affects reputation, because you cancel Revi, or because you do not want to keep the public profile.
  • If the content should be removed or limited, Revi will do so after review. If the review is legitimate, it will remain published.

The person who wrote a review may request management of their own content through the relevant support channels.
