How to request a review import in Revi

If you want to import old reviews into Revi, go to reviews/import. This option is for requesting the import of reviews that already exist in another system, file or platform; it is not for importing orders, recovering old orders or sending new invitations.

Review import is available for Pro plans and higher. It is not an automatic process: when you submit the request, a support ticket is created, our team reviews the file and processes the import manually. The estimated time shown in the panel is 1 to 3 business days.

1. Confirm that your plan is Pro or higher.
2. Prepare a CSV or Excel file (.xls, .xlsx). The page allows you to upload multiple files.
3. Use semicolon (;) as the separator if you prepare a CSV.
4. Include the required template fields: date, name, score and review.
5. If you have the original order, add order_id. This helps mark the review as verified.
6. For product reviews, add product_id to link the review to the specific product.
7. If you do not have product_id, we can try to match with solid identifiers such as EAN, GTIN, SKU or reference, but the products must already be synchronized with Revi and the match may require manual review.
8. In the request comment, explain where the reviews come from, whether they are business reviews, product reviews or both, and any relevant file details.

Before submitting the request, you must accept the legal consents on the page. The customer confirms that the reviews were collected lawfully, are linked to real experiences, that they have the right to import them and that they have a sufficient legal basis to process any personal data included, such as name or email.

You can import reviews from any platform as long as you have permission and rights over those reviews. Revi may suspend or remove reviews if non-compliance or untruthful data is detected.

Do not mix this flow with orders/import, which is for importing orders, or orders/recovery, which is for recovering old orders and queuing invitations.

Open a ticket if you do not see the option, your plan does not allow access, you are not sure whether your file is valid, you have doubts about the columns or you need to import product reviews without product_id. Include the type of reviews, their source, whether they are store or product reviews, the file format and a sample of columns without private data.
