Fiquei muito insatisfeita com o serviço, isto porque fiz o pagamento de uma encomenda que dizia que chegava no dia seguinte, a encomenda não chegou, porque alegaram falta de pagamento, depois tive que perder tempo a provar que realmente fiz o pagamento, depois desse processo todo a encomenda só chegou no dia 29 e em falta, que até agora não enviaram o que está em falta é nem devolveram o valor, não sei se voltarei a encomendar algo convosco...
