Temos falado com você diariamente tanto pela nossa atenção telefônica Portuguesa quanto pela atenção na Espanha. O motivo da não entrega, como você foi informada desde o seu primeiro contato, é que a morada que nos foi informada estava incompleta. Conseguimos ter acesso à essa informação através do nosso chat (whatsapp) em que você finalmente informou o número da casa e imediatamente informamos à transportadora. Olá, poder se pode, mas dependendo do loiro pode haver uma mudança de até 2 tons. O recomendavel é realizar o alisamento em uma época próxima ao próximo reflexo e tingimento.
