Imposible hacer que salga por la boquilla el producto, he seguido las instrucciones al pie de la letra y no he podido, o estaba seco el producto o es tan complicado el uso que yo no he podido, ha ido a la basura.

La jeringa viene con el polvo y el líquido separados, puede suceder que la mezcla no se realice correctamente y por ese motivo el producto resultante obstruya la jeringa.

Si usted ha utilizado este producto anteriormente sin problemas y está convencido de que es un defecto, por favor grabe un vídeo realizando la mezcla con la 2º jeringa que le viene en el envase, y contáctenos o abra incidencia a través de la web para que podamos gestionar su reclamación.
