El producto perfecto. Las cremas responden a expectativas en lo concerniente a textura, aroma, etc. El bálsamo labial no sé si es que no he atinado con el mecanismo de desplazamiento de la barra o es simplemente que ésta no se mueve, pero ahí está. Y respecto al packaging, en principio lo veo adecuado: caja, material de relleno, cierre y sellado, dirección, etc. Pero lo cierto es que en el transporte debió sufrir algún impacto que motivó la rotura de la tapa de cierre del frasco de crema. Os envío por WhatsApp foto que tomé. No tenía ni tengo intención alguna de quejarme ni de reclamar ni nada que se parezca, pero sí os informo por si con éllo ayudo a mejorar. Saludos
