Votre commentaire nous surprend, car le 3 novembre, vous nous avez contactés pour demander le retour de la housse, indiquant qu'elle ne convenait pas à votre canapé. Le 4 novembre, nous vous avons envoyé les instructions de retour correspondantes.

Si la housse n'a pas été retournée et a continué à être utilisée sur un canapé non compatible, il est possible que l'usure ou la déchirure soient dues à une utilisation inappropriée.

Contrairement au descriptif, ne va pas du tout sur un canapé Ikea Karlstadt.
Beaucoup beaucoup trop grand, résultat horrible et bien sur retour payant à vos frais (18€ pour l'Espagne)...

La fabricación y envío se atrasó 5 días conforme indicaba la página por lo que me fui de vacaciones y llegué con el tiempo justo al punto inpost para que no me lo devolvieran (tenerlo en cuenta a la hora de colocar plazos) . Las fundas se colocan muy bien y tienen una textura agradable y color bonito
