Très bonne. Le seul inconvénient qu´il n´était pas un peu plus grand. Après être venu avec la glace dessous, il a fallu lui donner une chaleur dans le four. Pâte fine bien qu´elle soit d´un maïs.

De toutes les pâtés en croûte que j´ai goûtés de Galiciamarisco c´est celle que j´aime le moins. Pâte très riche mais pauvre remplissage et un peu insipide.

La pâté en croûte elle-même est très bonne, très remplie, très bonne et mince. Cependant, je l´ai reçu fait à partir de blé au lieu de la pâte de maïs (que j´avais déjà goûté et elle était spectaculaire). ¡Fortement recommandé sauf l´erreur!
