I am disappointed in the help chat section when I asked for help downloading my own music to the Device. The person that was talking to me was abrupt and unfriendly and said she would email me all the details Monday. She never did .

As someone who suffers from headaches I couldn’t wait to try this product and it certainly didn’t disappoint. I have been using for several months now and get huge relief from it. The soft flannel is very comfortable and is very soothing with the heat function. It is very user friendly and the different massages feel great. This is a great product, highly recommend.

The massager itself is good. Actually it is the best among all I tried.
I like its' algorithm with smart combination of pressure, heat and percussion.
This is the only massager among all I tried where I can use my own mp3 music and where I may tune the music loudness.
The only minus in my case was that the charger that came with it was not working, but after consultation with the Global Relax support I replaced the charger and everything got just great.

2settimane che ordinato 1 prodotto ma ancora non ho ricevuto !
Ho chiamato 10volte prima di natale ma nessuno mi ha risposto! Alla fine qualcuno ha risposto ma non mi ha aiutato! Che colleghi stanno in vacanze , com’è possibile 22 Dicembre vanno in vacanza e quello che risponde non è capace di aiutare!
Devo aspettare per un prodotto che solo dio sa come …!

Muy mal por la empresa de mensajería (Correos), que no se molestó por hacer llegar el producto a tiempo. El destinatario devolverá el producto sin usarlo, así que nada puedo decir sobre él.

Produit moyen : un peu bruyant, massage pas vraiment relaxant à cause de séries de vibrations courtes, comparables à un appareil qui prendrait la tension de manière hachée. Tout n’est pas négatif( ex la fonction chauffante est agréable) mais cela peut vraiment être amélioré.

La valoración no es por el producto en sí, porqué todavía no he podido probarlo.
La valoración negativa es por la tardanza en el envío, ya que ha tardado 8 días en llegar a mi domicilio, un envío de Madrid a Bilbao (4 horas de coche).
Mi valoración negativa también para la empresa de trasporte UPS, ya que en lugar de llevarlo a mi domicilio, lo han dejado en un pabellón de alquiler de trasteros, que es un punto UPS, sin avisarme y alegando que en la dirección faltaba piso y letra. Claro, es un chalet, por eso solo figuraba el número y la calle. También tenían mi teléfono en la etiqueta de envío y no se dignaron en llamar.
En resumen, experiencia negativa y dudo que vuelva a comprar en esta tienda.

From Global Relax we thank you for your interest in our products. If it refers to the duration of the Skandas when they are fully charged, I will tell you that it depends on the daily use that you give, if you are going to devote 2/3 daily massages of 15 minutes you can last 4/5 days. The full load of the Skandas is 4 to 5 hours.

Compré unas gafas, y nunca se terminan de apagar, por lo que siempre hay que tenerla conectada, para que funcione, me puse en contacto con vosotros y no dieron la cara, totalmente desilusionado…

Los técnicos me indican que para apagar las gafas tiene que tener presionado el botón de encendido/apagado como 4-5 segundos. Si todavía las gafas no se apagan le pido amablemente que me mande un video del problema a la siguiente dirección de email: bitinia@globalrelax.com junto con el numero de pedido.

Je viens de recevoir le masseur occulaire acheté sur Amazon modele 2021. Je suis migraineuse et les massages sont vraiment parfaits. Par contre la musique est insupportable et je n arrive pas a la couper. Je prefere un massage en silence, en cas de crise de migraine le moindre son est une douleur supplementaire. Pouvez vous m aider svp?

Comme l'indique clairement la notice d'utilisation de l'appareil de massage facial SKANDAS (page 8 : Musique et contrôle de volume) :
"En même temps, appuyez sur les boutons ▶/◀ pour interrompre la musique. Appuyez de nouveau sur les deux boutons en même temps pour reprendre."

Las gafas de masaje Skandas sólo aceptan archivos de música en formato MP-3 para grabar en su tarjeta de memoria.
