Instructions could be clearer.Function could be better.How does one test for the hormone if you're not menstruating. Kind of defeats the purpose.

I'm 47 and had a hysterectomy 7 years ago. I kept my ovaries. Lately I've had some uncomfortable symptoms and google said I could take this test for easy quick results so I bought and took the test and. Yep, I'm in menopause or peri. Hard to tell if you don't have periods! So now I can bring this up at my next gyn appt and see what I can be doing to improve my symptoms. Nice to know before I go.

I think it works but you need to be on the spectrum somewhere of menopause I mean! Im not there yet lol thank goodness, I wish I could say more however I just got ahead of myself. It has a long shelf life so maybe i will still be good when I do need it

They seem to work well, my sister was visiting - one of us is in perimenopause and the other is in menopause and these strips showed the line for menopause and did not for the perimenopause.So if you want to know, these will work.

These test strips are good indicators but mean nothing without the knowledge of how hormones work and when and what that means as to what you're trying to accomplish. These levels are something cam vary among women and it is necessary to build a data history before letting the results be set in stone. If I have learned anything in my history of conception and health is that things can change abruptly and it's important to not allow the data to be your indication of hope or not. Still, these strips can be a great help if you know what you're looking for and they're easy to use.

I love how easy this is to use. I'm at a questionable age where things may or may not be changing. I've taken a few of the tests, and I plan on discussing the results at my next doctor appointment. You can't ever be too knowledgeable about your own body right?

These tests provide a convenient means to gauge whether you are experiencing peri/menopausal symptoms. The instructions are exceptionally straightforward, making the process hassle-free. Think of it as similar to using a pregnancy test, with the added benefit of receiving results within the 10-minute timeframe.

Even though this test kit comes with a lengthy set of instructions, the test itself is very simple. Just dip a strip in a small amount of urine (use your own specimen collection vessel) for ten seconds until the control line appears, then wait for at least ten, but no longer than 20 minutes. If the test line is darker than the control, you may be in menopause. If the test line is lighter than the control line or non-existent, you probably aren't. If you have a positive test, it should be repeated in a couple of weeks since non menopausal women fluctuate in FSH.

I got these because I have been having a lot of health issues and I wanted to test my FSH levels to see if that might be something I needed to talk to my doctor about.They seem to work, of course, there's no way to know that for sure unless you do extensive testing, but it can at least give you something to talk to your doctor about and give them a reason to listen (because for some reason doctors refuse to test hormones...).If you're looking to get a starting point for further hormone testing, this might be a good option for you.
