I switched from another brand that had some questionable ingredients, and I'm happy I did. I've been taking Naturelo One Daily Multivitamin for years. I do get a slight lemony taste if I don't eat enough food with this fish oil supplement, but it's actually pleasant. You can taste the quality, lol.

These are mega pills but I am happy that they have no after-taste or belching. It has no odor, no taste and altho it's hard to swallow, I still recommend it because of the benefits. I believe it is helping lower my cholesterol and also help me with my memory
