However, a confounding variable was introduced when my wife stabilized my nails with clear nail polish.Relative contributions of these two "treatments" are not quantifiable. Be that as it may, my nails are healthier.

My nails were chipping, peeling, and breaking so I started taking this as well as Calcium amd i have noticed my nails are becoming stronger and less brittle.

I am definitely finding lots of new hair growth and no longer shedding a handfull everytime I comb or wash my long hair. I've been taking it for 3 months now and my nails are also showing more strength and growth. The price is definitely lower than most, they are easy to swallow and no after taste. I recommend them, however, I did check with my doctor before taking it.
