As someone who sometimes finds trouble sleeping I have resorted to taking melatonin. I find that this products does helps me fall asleep faster while not still being sleepy after I wake up.

Melatonin works! It's one of the few supplements I've taken over many years that I can actually conclude does something. I know when I've forgotten to take it because I will be awake for too long then realize I forgot my night time pills. Repurchased many many times. Great brand.

Sometimes they work. Sometimes they do not. Most of the time I have to take two. They do not contain L-Theanine which I think may be an issue for me. I find melatonin with the L-Theanine work better. I like the capsules vs tablets as I feel the capsueles work better and quicker for me. So that is a plus. And, they are easy to swallow. Not sure I would buy again strictly due to fact it does not have the L-Theanine.
