When you receive the bottle get ready with something small you can fit into the top and good luck trying to pull them out of the bottle because they are all stuck together. Try chopsticks or long tweezers.

A little disappointed. The packaging was a lot smaller than I thought and the gummies were very small and all one flavor. The last one I ordered was larger and had different flavors, but that brand wasn't available this time.

These do not seem to be the correct MG. I've taken a different brand with 1,150mg less and it worked way better than these did.
