Excellent price but neither USP nor NSF certified, so be aware that when it says one milligram you could be getting anywhere from half a milligram to four milligrams.There is a lot of variation in the non certified melatonin supplements.If you can afford it, it's probably worth getting a certified brand. With these you might get what's on the label and maybe not.

I have been struggling to fall asleep at night. The Amazon sleep aide / tablet I was taking before helped me fall asleep and stay asleep. The problem was, I was waking up feeling more sleepy and groggy. So I needed something lighter. After reading the reviews for this product, I thought I'd try it. I took two gummy's one hour before bedtime. I didn't fall asleep instantly. It definitely helps me find sleep. But I do not stay asleep. After 2 hours, I was fully awake. I've tried this product for 2 weeks now. No real outstanding results. Maybe I will try taking 4 gummy's instead of 2.

Tried these instead if my usual brand. Used up 1 bottle before I changed back to my old brand. After I stopped taking it my tongue and my gums seemed to be burned. Now when I brush my teeth my gums and tongue feel on fire. I figured the only thing I did different was use these gummies. I know some people have said they have some side effects but I didn't see mine so I thought I would chime in . I would not recommend these.

Amazing value and cheap ! I usually buy some melatonin at the stores near me and it's not great value for price so I thought I check out Amazon and glad I did you get so many for cheap price I will continue to buy these ! Tasted good we like the flavor

These melatonin gummies work great for my 7 year old and myself. You wake up the next day refreshed and ready to go about your day.

They work well and a good price. The only reason for me knocking off a star is because less than 30 days ago they were $7.79 and today they are $10.42. No explanation of why they jumped the price almost $3. It is the same container, same quantity, same dosage, same volume, same label, same ingredients. But now it is $3 more expensive. I guess this is due to the tariff nonsense since the bottle indicates "made in Canada."
