when I opened the package the capsules had all turned white.... thought I was ordering the same mg as before but they are ? of the dose I have been taking.

You only have to take one, but you'll want to eat more than one because the taste is amazing!

Yet to use and see results

I hope that these will be as nutritious for as delicious they taste. The last 2 brands I tried I could hardly stand to chew them but these are great.

These taste great and I am not a gummy person. I've noticed stronger fingernails after continued use. You may find that they clump together after opening the container, and might consider tossing in a food grade silica pack. The seller is very responsive to feedback and will do everything they can to ensure your satisfaction.

I am finishing my second bottle and I have already noticed a difference in my neck and hands. My skin is showing noticeably less crepe. It is definitely helping improve the connective tissue!

Love these things! It's almost a sin they're so tasty like candy, wish I could have more than 2 a day! But I've noticed my nails growing, looking forward to seeing full results after a few more weeks. I'll have to buy more since I gave my other bottle to my mom for both of us to try. Definitely will keep buying if I see some good results, so far so yum tho!!Only negative is I wish the bears weren't stuck together, it's hard to get them apart and i have to use a fork to tear and get them out of the bottle, it's not too much of a hassle. If anything it helps me so I don't over indulge lol.

Love the multi vitamin but I kept reordering them and they would send the sea moss I do not like them they taste terribleI don't know what happened to the multivitamin but they need to bring them back

I tried these gummies for 3 months and haven't noticed any positive effects besides my nails growing faster. I will say the taste of the gummies is quite yummy. I started to develop nausea and this was the only difference in my diet that changed, so be wary of the side effects of sea moss.Update 1.1.25- After my review, the seller reached out for a refund. Although these may not have worked out for me, everyone's body can react differently. It's worth giving it a shot and I appreciate the attentiveness to even offering a refund.

I came across a collagen supplement in TJ Maxx that I decided to try and it did wonderful things for my skin! I haven't been able to find that supplement since so I've been trying a bunch of different collagen and biotin supplements. I've been trying this one for about a month and a half now, and I haven't noticed any improvement whatsoever. It might be good, it just doesn't seem to work for me.

I'm currently on my 3rd bottle. The taste of these gummies is amazing, my nails seem to be longer and stronger, and my hair is in better condition. I cannot be 100% certain that these little gummies are the reason, but I like to think they are helping the cause.

I like this product because it's easy to chew I can't take pills I tried another brand and they were chewy as heck I could not even cut it with a knife these are great if you have problems with pills very soft easy to chew, don't know about the potency yet it's my second order but sometimes it takes a while for it to be effective

Lightens my skin, with glow! Amazing product! I feel healthier, too!
