Mande un mensaje al chat al día siguiente de recibir el pedido pero no me han contestado. El pedido vino en bolsa( no en caja) y muchas lombrices estaban aplastadas. Además el sustrato tiene un consistencia muy dura y otras están tambien aplastadas. La agencia transportes muy bien pero lo demás muy mal. Espero una respuesta

honestamente no me puse a contarlas para no crearle mas extres de lo necesario, decidí confiar en la empresa, vienen buen numero. y como se reproducen bastante rápido no me preocupo, ahora están saludables y vigorosas.
