En mi opinión personal es el mejor y mas "comible" (siendo pan proteico) que he probado. Es verdad que es consistente, entiendo que haya quien no le guste. Es un pan mas humedo, mas pesado al sostenerlo y no tan seco, mas parecido a un pan de centeno. Yo lo desayuno con mantequilla y está muy bueno.

Excelente pan! No tiene apenas carbohidratos, muy bien para la dieta keto y ademas, sabe muy rico, especialmente tostado ( yo lo tuesto 2 veces). Seguire comprando!
