Buenos días D. Manuel, lamentamos las molestias. Como le indicamos en el mail que nos envió, fue error suyo el colocar en la dirección un Código Postal erróneo. Datos esencial para el tránsito de las operadoras de transportes. El servicio de paquetería, tuvo que reexpedir el paquete, cambiando el CP y enviando a otra delegación de entrega, generando retrasos, que, en la presente semana con varios festivos, se incrementan. Creemos que, tras la valoración que nos hizo, es conveniente puntualizar y clarificar al resto de usuarios. Cualquier otra duda estaremos encantados de atenderle en nuestro horario habitual.
