Es el producto de la selección de los mejores magros del cerdo ibérico cuyo troceado es más fino que para el salchichón cular, después se adoban con las mejores especias y se embute en tripa Fibrán, permitiendo que sean piezas idénticas con un calibre y una longitud homogéneas. Elaborado con seleccionadas especias. Sabor único muy suave y natural. Mínima cantidad de grasa.
