La atención al cliente es espectacular, y el pequeño problemita que tuve con las tazas, en lo que estaba en sus manos, me lo solucionaron enseguida. Ah! Y están hechas en Valencia! Qué alegría me dio ver q no venían impresas de China!

La verdad es que no es normal que sean un poco ásperas por la parte superior así que te van a contactar nuestras compañeras de atención al cliente por si quieres cambiarlas o devolverlas.

La taza gustó mucho a su destinataria. Hubo un problema con la mensajería y tardó más tiempo de lo debido, pero una vez me puse en contacto se informaron de lo ocurrido y me lo solucionaron al momento.
