UNA SUBIDA IMPORTANTE DE PRECIO (POR ESO NO PONGO LAS 5 ESTRELLAS).

El jamón es MUY bueno. Pero…. a pesar de ser un GranReserva, creo que le faltaba curación. Salió, especialmente algunas zonas, muy tierno-crudo. En parte lo estamos resolviendo a base de cortarlo en seis mazas y dejarlo secar envuelto en un trapo.
