Hola! El jamón está muy bueno pero como hacía mucha calor vino muy caliente lo tenían que enviar en refrigacion porque tuve que quitarle el plástico enseguida porque estaba todo pringoso gracias

Por primera vez he comprado este jamón Ibérico de cebo de campo. Pedido cortado a cuchillo. Es muy muy bueno. En su punto de curación y sin sal. En adelante pediré este jamón, alternando con el de Trevelez 23 meses que también es muy bueno (y más económico).

Nach diversen Serranoschinken, haben wir jetzt das erste Mal einen Iberico bestellt und sind total begeistert. Das Fett hat einen zarten Schmelz, und zergeht auf der Zunge, wenn die Temperatur im Raum etwas ansteigt. Meine Frau und unsere weiblichen Gäste, welche sonst eher nicht so gerne Fett essen, haben den Geschmack als sehr angenehm empfunden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top, die Lieferzeit war angenehm kurz. Das keine Konservierungsstoffe enthalten sind zeigt, dass sie nicht notwendig sind und wertet den Schinken zusätzlich auf. Vielen Dank für dieses tolle Produkt, die Kaufwiederholung liegt bei uns bei 100%. Jörg.
