El cajón me ha llegado hoy, 6 días mas tarde de lo prometido (las pedí el domingo 16). Además lel cajón ha llegado con un fuerte golpe en una esquina que ha afectado a los botes, deformando o levantando algunas tapas de plástico y abriendo totalmente uno de los botes. Ante la posibilidad de que otros botes hayan perdido la presurización, he solicitado que me cambien el cajón por uno nuevo.

También puede Solicitar el cambio desde su cuenta personal. Veo que su expediente ya está solucionado y se le he entregado el nuevo cajón Head Padel Pro el jueves día 27 de Octubre a las 11.43. Agradecemos su comprensión en este inconveniente provocado en algún momento del transporte y como marca el protocolo se ha procedido al cambio de cajón por uno nuevo, Head y nosotros como distribuidor autorizado de pelotas Head , deseamos disfrute de su compra y quedamos a su disposición para cualquier duda que quiera consultarnos.
