Pues hoy 5 de Enero aún no he recibido el pedido.
Parece que lo han remitido erróneamente a otra dirección.
Así que estoy esperando la mercancía y noticias de ustedes.
Si en 24 horas no recibo la mercancía les reclamaré el dinero pagado.

El paquete en primera instancia, llegó a la dirección de facturación en lugar de a la dirección de envío que figuraba en el pedido original. Al llamar para intentar colaborar para solucionar esta incidencia, rápidamente desde el dpto. de marketing contactaron con la empresa de transporte, para que reenviara el paquete a la dirección de envío original. Finalmente hoy 04/12/2025 por la mañana, he recibido el paquete. Ha llegado de milagro, porque aunque la dirección de envío era la correcta, el nombre del destinatario estaba equivocado. Por la etiqueta que tiene el paquete, creo que esta última equivocación se debe a MRW
