La batería funciona perfectamente. No tengo elementos para evaluar el resultado a largo plazo, pero en el ticket viene mencionado garantía de 12 meses. Buena experiencia.

La monté en el SAI y la placa base sacó humo y no funciona. La batería es exactamente igual que la que llevaba el SAI: 12 v., 5 Ah pero he tenido que comprar un SAI nuevo ya que el viejo no funciona. Desconozco si la avería ha sido provocada por la batería o por el SAI???

Estimado cliente,

Por nuestra experiencia en la venta y/o instalación de baterías en SAIs puedo asegurarle que es imposible que una batería nueva provoque la ruptura de su SAI. ¿Conectó usted la batería con la polaridad correcta?, ¿desconectó usted algún conector de la placa para poder acceder comodamente a la batería? y si es así, ¿lo volvió a conectar en la misma posición? También es posible que su SAI tuviese algún otro problema que causara el deterioro de la batería anterior y al conectarle una nueva con carga se haya mostrado un problema ajeno a la batería. Además, nosotros comprobamos todas las baterías ( polaridad, voltaje, carga y estado físico externo de la batería) antes de enviarlas para evitar que nuestros clientes tengan algún problema con cualquier producto.

Sin más, quedamos a su entera disposición para cualquier aclaración que estime oportuna, estaremos encantados de atenderle.
