Me encanta el jacuzzi. Es un jacuzzi de buena calidad y fácil de montar. Lo cogí de oferta y estoy encantado con él. Tuve un problema con la lona y me la repusieron rápidamente. Estoy muy satisfecho del servicio post venta y de su respuesta.

Me encanta y por poner un pero, la depuradora debería ser mas potente, si quieres mantener al agua transparente necesitas mínimo 3 horas de filtración diarias.

La opinión de antes se refería a este producto. He debido comprar un spa nuevo entero, porque no salí a a cuenta reparar, y ya era la tercera reparación, la primera en garantía, que tuve que enviar el motor entero, luego barra de cerámica, ahora el motor no calienta, salta la electricidad, la pantalla no va bien,.... y en sólo dos años. Creo que el servicio post-venta debería ser más económico, ya que se confía en el producto INTEX, o bien las piezas de mayor calidad.

We have not received our Spa YET, because DHL don’t like delivering to gated urbanisation, and when they phone us up they DON’T wait for us for 2 minutes to get to the gate. We have tried sorting this with DHL several times with no result if you could please sort this problem for us or give us a full refund.thank you

Não queriam entregar por nada o spa, alem de ter demorado muito mais que o tempo previsto.
Quando chegou e ligámos o spa esta sempre com o erro E90 sendo que nós seguimos todo o que dizia no manual.
