Despues de gastarme 100€ en el colchon,Te dicen que no cobran transporte cuando sobrepasas los 50€ y te encuentras que cuando vas a recogerlo, tienes que pagar al transportista los gastos de envío, una verguenza y en ningún correo o mensaje pone que tengas que pagar más una vez que has realizado la compra y el pago final ....

El colchón es fantástico. Puede sustituir perfectamente una cama convencional por su altura y comodidad. El único problema fue escoger que modelo compraba porque no está nada claro a pesar de mostrar muchas características en la web. El chat de ayuda no funcionó nunca.
