Plancha perfecta para gestionar placas de inducción con función puente (bridge) donde se conectan dos zonas de cocción en una.
No es tan grande como las que ofrecen las planchas propias de las marcas de electrodomésticos, pero al precio que ofrece Menajeando, ni lo pensé dos veces. Pensé que quizás el precio viniera condicionado por algún problema de embalaje, rayadura u otros pequeños defectos estéticos del artículo, pero el producto vino impecable.
Como prueba, cocinamos salmón a la plancha con su propio jugo y un poco de sal gruesa. Quedó genial.
Utilizada en una placa de inducción Electrolux de 3 zonas con función puente (llamada también función bridge)
