Como ya le llegó podría corregir su voto. El producto tenía un plazo de entrega que SE SUMA al plazo de envío.
La figura le llegó en perfecto estado entiendo y podría comentarlo.

Encuentro que los pedidos de los que todavía ni ustedes disponen, no tendrían que descontarlos, como hacen Amazon y otras empresas de venta online. Hasta que no realizan el envío, no descuentan el importe.

Puede elegir contrareembolso para sus pedidos si no quiere dejarlo pagado, pero debe entender que hay productos con un plazo extendido, que consta claramente en las descripciones de los productos.
Lamento que nos valore tan poco, pero como le indico tiene varias formas de pago, y también contrareembolso (que otras webs ni ofrecen).

No me hace mucha gracia que tratándose de una reserva haya que pagar todo el importe sin saber si la unidad está garantizada al 100% (al menos en mi caso que la he comprado después del plazo en que tenía figura asegurada).

Lo suelo pagar todo anticipadamente, pero que te retrasen pedidos por problemas internos suyos y te hagan pagar un envío extra deja mucho que desear...

El cliende compró en el mismo pedido una figura en stock, y otra que sale a la venta a finales de septiembre, por lo que como le informamos para enviar ya la figura en stock hacía falta partir el pedido en 2 y pagar 1 de los 2 gastos de envío.
