Es la segunda vez que cambio la tapa del WC, la original, se partió al usarlo mi madre tenia dificultad para sentarse al no poder doblar las rodillas, la segunda no era original y el PVC, se despegó con el paso del tiempo, no recuerdo que marca era, pero duro algún año, este tercero, fácil de colocar y tiene buen aspecto similar al original, veremos cuánto dura sin despegarse.

Estuve muy contenta con el producto. Al principio pensaba que me faltaban piezas pero cuando les envié un correo me atendieron enseguida y resolvieron el problema por teléfono ya que había un doble fondo en la caja que no se veía. La atención un 10! Gracias!!

Atencion al cliente excelente. Me equivoqué y pedí una tapa para el wc de un modelo que no era el correcto. El cambio de tapa fue muy sencillo y rápido. Me llegó la correcta y me recogieron la otra. Absolutamente recomendable.
