I’m very happy with my purchase of this high-quality, well engineered Bellavista product from Yokando. The finish is good and the mechanism works perfectly. The fitting instructions were easy to follow. Customer service from Yokando pre-purchase was excellent; I was able to e-chat with a helpful agent via the website (thanks, Jesús!) to identify the particular model I needed.. Ordering via the website was straightforward and delivery to London took a little over a week. The total cost was reasonable, just under €100.

Unfortunately, The Toilet seat received is not exactly the same as the SELLES YOKO 90.
The Selles YOLO 90 toilet seat has 160mm fixing centres. The one received has 155mm fixing centres.
We demand a replacement with the correct one.

Item itself is fit for purpose and as stated but delivery and communication very poor.
Ordered 18/12/24 and item finally received 14/3/25. When enquired in January was told there was a Christmas shut down at the warehouse which would cause a 20day delay. This information was not communicated at point of ordering. After further 20days item still not received and told expected early March.
I wouldn’t have ordered the item had I known about a potential delay.

I'm impressed.
I found no seat in my country which would fit my Manhattan grey toilet Gala Marina (horizontal). Then I found Yokando. I placed my order which was shipped the same day and received 5 days later (including weekend). It's a perfect match in shape and color. Even if I was not the plumber's daughter I could do the montage by myself - that simple it was.
My 30+ years old toilet looks as new. So Happy. Thank you.

Hey, I have Kerasan EGO toilet and in 3 years period was broken 2 toilette covers. Today I broke seating (ring) part then i put my leg to cut my leg nails..... Last time broke my wife then she sit down on the cover with child after bathroom procedures. We have 2 bathrooms, and on next one is Geberit product, so you can dance on this one..... Is your product construction is more developed? Because Kerasan product is to thin , need more additional stabilization points. I spent fucking 260 euros for covers.....I can’t believe that they are still sell bad construction.... Plastic injecting mold form could be updated.... - Laimonas

Hi I bought the Bellavista DUNA toilet seat a few days ago (order with the reference SWZVNKEBT). However, there is no fixing fittings included in the parcel. I cannot install it to my toilet. Can you please ship the fixing fittings (screw and joint) to me ASAP? - Ying Chen

These fixing hardware are located at the bottom of the package you received.
There you will find a rectangular cardboard that generates a false bottom and inside you will find said fixing hardware.

Bonjour, la distance se mesure entre les centres des trous de fixation, de plus la visserie permet quelques centimètres de mouvement pour la fixation.
