Unfortunately, The Toilet seat received is not exactly the same as the SELLES YOKO 90.
The Selles YOLO 90 toilet seat has 160mm fixing centres. The one received has 155mm fixing centres.
We demand a replacement with the correct one.

Item itself is fit for purpose and as stated but delivery and communication very poor.
Ordered 18/12/24 and item finally received 14/3/25. When enquired in January was told there was a Christmas shut down at the warehouse which would cause a 20day delay. This information was not communicated at point of ordering. After further 20days item still not received and told expected early March.
I wouldn’t have ordered the item had I known about a potential delay.

I'm impressed.

I found no seat in my country which would fit my Manhattan grey toilet Gala Marina (horizontal). Then I found Yokando. I placed my order which was shipped the same day and received 5 days later (including weekend). It's a perfect match in shape and color. Even if I was not the plumber's daughter I could do the montage by myself - that simple it was.
My 30+ years old toilet looks as new. So Happy. Thank you.

Despite, a delay, the toilet seat was of excellent build and fitted perfectly.

Regarding the delay, the company were always apologetic and offered a refund.

Would highly recommend.

This was a life (butt) saver!
I literally could not find a replacement seat and the one from yokando was better than the actual brand ones. The soft close works well and all the instructions were clear.

Bom dia. Infelizmente não temos peças de reposição originais CIFIAL. Deverá contactar o próprio fabricante ou, na sua falta, um distribuidor oficial. Quanto aos botões universais, o melhor é ir a uma loja física, pois existem botões universais de diferentes tamanhos, fios e comprimentos. Por este motivo, é aconselhável dirigir-se a uma loja física com o produto a substituir para garantir que a peça sobressalente adquirida é a correta. Saudações

Bonjour. L'ARRIVÉE D'EAU EST STANDARD, COMME TOUT AUTRE ROBINET. Ce qui est inversé, c'est la sortie d'eau, qui dans ce cas se fait vers le haut, puisque ce robinet est conçu pour être installé conjointement avec une colonne de douche. Avec nos meilleures salutations

Como desmontar y montar la tapa del pwc?

El montaje de nuestras tapas es muy sencillo y para ello se adjuntan instrucciones de instalación con el producto. En la mayoría de los casos solo necesitará un destornillador para realizar la instalación. En cuanto a la retirada de la tapa antigua, depende de cada modelo concreto. Pero en cualquier caso hay que retirar los herrajes que fijan la tapa al inodoro. En ocasiones hay un embellecedor que oculta el tornillo a retirar.

si, las tomas de agua son de 1/2" e incluye excéntricas para acoplar a las roscas de la instalación, en cuanto a la toma para el flexo de ducha, es la universal que usan todos los flexos del mercado.

Buenas tardes. Este juego no incluye tornillería, por lo que la fijación se realiza con los tornillos o taco expansor de las originales. En cuanto al modelo Dama senso tiene distintas variantes.
