The toilet seat arrived as expected. However, there were no new hinges supplied with the seat and on closer inspection, the brackets which were installed on the seat were totally incompatible with the existing hinges. In order to be able to use the new seat, I had to remove the hinges from the old seat, drill new holes in the new seat and then it could be fitted.
Having said that, the quality of the seat is excellent and difficult to distinguish it from the original. It was also considerably cheaper than an original seat from various suppliers in the UK.

Compared with the original Diva toilet seat, the replacement seat was 2mm thinner and 18mm shorter but just managed to cover the pan. The finish on the edges was not as smooth as the faces of the mdf. The edges needed to be sanded and sealed better. The buffer pads did not all meet the edge of the pan so that the seat rested on the hinges at the back and the pads at the front. This is not good as the seat is not supported all the way across.

Aesthetically nice - good overall finish
Technical design - Practicality - needs improvement as follows -
Seat mounts not easy to set when tightening as the screw tends to shift the bracket towards the centre point.
Seat tabs (plastic) not proper as these are for furniture feet and not for toilet seats.. Since the Clodia toilet model is rounded edge with step, the tabs do not sit properly on the toilet and allows a lot of lateral movement / displacement. Tabs tend to fall on the lowest level shifting the seat on one side.
Tabs should not only keep the seat lifted and levelled but also prevent movement of the seat.
Tabs are also considerably thick leaving the toilet seat elevated more from the front and not levelled.
Would like that a proper set of tabs will be provided for the Clodia set to resolve these issues.
Considering the price, I would have expected better in these regards.

The product is of very high quality. It was well packed with clear instructions,, and the colour matched closely the original toilet seat. The fit was also perfect.
However, Yolanda took more than 2 months to ship my order, and I had to continuously chase for it. At one point I thought I had been scammed and that I would never get my order. Hence the 3 stars.

I’m very happy with my purchase of this high-quality, well engineered Bellavista product from Yokando. The finish is good and the mechanism works perfectly. The fitting instructions were easy to follow. Customer service from Yokando pre-purchase was excellent; I was able to e-chat with a helpful agent via the website (thanks, Jesús!) to identify the particular model I needed.. Ordering via the website was straightforward and delivery to London took a little over a week. The total cost was reasonable, just under €100.

Olá, o botão é compatível com o vaso sanitário AITANA, mas não é compatível com o mecanismo de descarga anterior a 2014.

Realizamos envíos a todo el mundo.
Una vez introduzca su dirección de entrega y seleccione un transportista los gastos de envío finales se mostrarán en pantalla, siempre antes de finalizar su pedido y por supuesto antes de realizar el pago del mismo.
El plazo de entrega es prácticamente el mismo que puede usted ver en la ficha del articulo, ya que los envíos internacionales no suelen demorarse mas de 3-4 días

DOSAGE
Traitement initial (avec le pH ajusté) :
1) Ajoutez 15 grammes. (*) d'ASTRALPOOL – 200gr de granulés Chlore Shock par m 3 d'eau
2) Ajouter une dose de 10ml de Concentré Anti-algues ASTRALPOOL - 500s par m 3 d'eau.
Traitement d'entretien (avec pH de l'eau ajusté) :
1) Ajoutez 1 à 3 grammes par jour. (*) d'ASTRALPOOL – 200gr de granulés Chlore Shock par m 3 d'eau.
2) Une fois par semaine ajouter 2,5ml d'ASTRALPOOL - 500s Concentré Anti-algues par m 3 d'eau
(*1gr ou 1ml équivaut approximativement à 1 cuillère à café.)
Ces doses ont un caractère indicatif et peuvent être modifiées en fonction des caractéristiques du
chaque piscine, la météo.
