Yokando experienced problems with the product. Whenever I have asked what is happening they reacted within the day.

A proactive communication around the problem would have been even more appreciated.

Buenas tardes. Estas tapas se fabrican bajo pedido. Al ser en color blanco el plazo de entrega es de 1 a 2 semanas. Si, realizamos envíos a Portugal diariamente. Nuestras tapas de wc tienen un peso aproximado de 3 Kg. Saludos

Boa noite .Como se retira a tampa da sanita sangrà?

Bom Dia. Assumimos que você está se referindo ao antigo assento de vaso sanitário que você tem em casa. Este modelo geralmente é montado com um parafuso passante e uma porca ou porca borboleta. Você simplesmente precisa acessar a porca na parte inferior traseira do vaso sanitário e removê-la. Anexei um vídeo no qual você pode ver como remover um estilo semelhante. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lt8sT5OqIvg Também devo dizer que às vezes devido à ferrugem é muito difícil remover a referida porca e alguns usuários tiveram que cortar o parafuso para removê-la. Esperemos que não seja o seu caso ;). Para instalar o nosso assento de sanita, deverá retirar tudo o que estiver relacionado com o assento antigo e deixar os orifícios da sanita livres para utilizar as fixações que lhe enviaremos juntamente com o assento da sanita. bonjour, je suis très intéressé par ce modèle mais les dimensions que vous indiquez ne sont pas tout à fait les mêmes que celles que je relève: je mesure une largeur de 16,5 cm au niveau de l'entraxe des fixations alors que vous indiquez 15,5 cm. Cordialement. M. Quistrebert

Bonjour. La distance est mesurée d'un centre à l'autre des trous des toilettes. À de nombreuses reprises, le client mesure les fixations et parfois elles sont excentriques, de sorte que le centre du trou ne coïncide pas exactement avec le centre de la fixation. Nos couvercles sont fabriqués pour un modèle de WC spécifique, l'adaptabilité doit donc être parfaite. Cela dit, si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez nous envoyer des photos de votre toilette afin que nous puissions vous dire quel est votre modèle spécifique.
