The seat is OK, but it came with the wrong screws. The original seat had screws 9.5 cm long. This one came with 4 cm screws. Can't use the old ones, as a fixture is different. The bolts are also very small, so even if the screws were long enough it won't hold because the holes in the ceramic of the toilet itself are lager than the bolts.

Good morning. This specific model has a screw and expansion plug fixation. The grip occurs when the plug expands, and this happens when the two nuts of the screw come together at the center.
The length of the screw should be adjusted so that both nuts come together. It is recommended to tighten these nuts slightly before inserting them into the hole, so they don't become loose when we turn the screw. Also, sometimes, due to the passage of time, some holes may have a slight wear, causing the plug not to tighten properly. In such cases, you can apply a bit of Teflon around the plug or replace it with a larger diameter plug.
It is not common for this to happen, but occasionally it can occur.

The seat is a replacement for a broken one on my 22 year old Bellavista toilet. It was very easy to fit using some of the new fittings supplied & some of the old fittings. The seat appears to be quite strong & looks very good.

It was a pleasure to do business with Yokando. Their website is very easy to navigate & I found a reasonably priced seat for my 22 year old Bellavista toilet with ease. I initially had misgivings about ordering from a Spanish website because of a previous bad experience with a different EU based company when an ornament I had ordered never arrived. Acabo de comprar dos cartuchos R33 MFH para grifo monomando ROCA. Mi pregunta está relacionada con la sustitución. ¿Cómo se retiran los latiguillos del cartucho?, porque he probado a desenroscar o a tirar y no salen. Más que las medidas del producto (ya que es para un modelo especifico y además producto de sustitución original ROCA) lo importante sería saber el modelo concreto de su inodoro.
