Delivery was promised by MRW on August 4 then on August 5 , then on August 5 I was told that the order was sent to an MRW pick up point in Denia instead of my delivery address in Javea. You got paid on August 5 and I still don’t have my order. I have complained to you by email but have not received a reply. Customer service is very bad. I want my order or my money back urgently.

We have now refunded the full amount of your order by Bizum. Even so, we are continuing to insist that MRW deliver the parcel to the correct address in Jávea. If it finally arrives, please keep the entire order at no cost as a gesture from us for all the inconvenience caused.
