Fantastic service provided by 3DPi. I ordered a NISI S5 holder and two filters, and I had them two days later in time for a photoshoot in Ireland. The packaging was excellent, 3DPi went out of their way to insure the filter's safety on the international shipment, greatly appreciated. Communication was quick and detailed. I'll surely use 3DPi for any future filter needs!!

I'm happy with the Badpter I purchased, however the shipping system is not very good. I placed the order on 21/12/17 and received the item on 15/01/18 the website claims shipping in 2-3 days, even allowing for delay between Spain and the UK, 4 weeks is a bit excdessive.

Having emailed customer services on around January 5th I was told the order would be dispatched and as a token of goodwill I would be sent a set of Slots, free of charge. I have not received the slots.

Hi Andrew, thanks for your feedback.

Due to the shipping it's free for this item we have to use our national shipping company that send the packet to your national post (Royal Mail), this is difficult and in Christmas the time to arrive are unpredictable.
The time in the shipping info should be informed as ~5 (more than 5 days) if the shop don't have any problem.

You will receive the slots in another mail, when we wrote you the packet was dispatched.

Sorry for the delay, we try to do our job as good as possible but sometimes the shipping time is nearly impossible to control in the free (outside Spain) shipping option.
