Pour l'inter différentiel commandé l'emballage était très correct, même s'il était très surdimensionné.
Le transport a bien duré 3 jours mais il fallait ajouter le temps de préparation qui a duré entre 2 et 3 jours donc le délai est plutôt de 5 jours, ce qui reste correct.

Cher client, Vous devez prendre connaissance des conditions générales contractuelles que vous acceptez lors de la passation de vos commandes. Si vous passez la commande le 24 c'est comme si vous aviez passé la commande le 25 et c'est sous 3 à 5 jours qui est le temps qu'il faut pour qu'une commande arrive en France. Ce à quoi vous faites référence est le service d'expédition de colis International Express que vous contractez lorsque vous passez la commande, c'est-à-dire le temps qu'il faut lorsque la commande entre dans la logistique. Mais évidemment la commande doit être préparée, et en gardant toujours à l'esprit que selon le produit, puisque nous ne vendons pas de vêtements ou de chaussures de sport, nous vendons des fournitures industrielles. Eso es porque le han intentado localizar si éxito o no ha podido quedar con el transportista para la entrega, ya que están contratadas segundo y tercer intento de entrega ya que el transportista debe hacer varios intentos. Saludos
